Gasngrills.com Shipping Policy

We ship small packages through UPS, FEDEX, and large packages through Common Carrier Freight . All shipments are subject to size, weight, package dimensions and content restrictions imposed by each carrier. If we cannot ship your package to your address due to unavailable shipping option, we will contact you of such. Some shipments may be subject to additional shipping fees. If your Shipment falls in that category , we will contact you before we ship your package to notify you of the additional shipping fees .

WE DO NOT SHIP TO APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes.

All shipments shipped through UPS and FEDEX are front Door Deliveries and may or may not require a signature , if you require signuture, you must request it at the time you placed your order. We are not responsible for missing, stolen , damaged or misplaced packages, our responsibility ends once we hand your shipment to the shipping company.

All large shipments, shipped through common carrier freight are curb-side deliveries and require a signature of an adult at the time of delivery, in home delivery is not offered even if you so choose to pay for it. If you authorize the shipping carrier to leave the package without a signature, gasngrills.com can not be held responsible for missing packages or damages that may occur during delivery .It is the customer's responsibility to note on the shipping document of any visible damage so a claim can be filed with that carrier for damages.

Gasngrills.com will not be responsible for shipping costs on packages not delivered due to a shipping carrier inability to deliver to a particular location due to circumstances such as: narrow or winding roads, dirt or gravel roads, and vacant establishments.

If a package is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges both ways and the package will be considered a return item.

Express Shipping:

We offer express shipping where available to all 50 States and Canada. We use FEDEX and UPS for express shipping, we reserve the right to choose which carrier to ship with as long as we use an equal or better shipping method than what you you chose at checkout. You will not be charged anymore than what you were quoted at time of placing order even if the shipping method we choose costs more.

If you place an order on Friday and chose overnight shipping, this will be a Monday Delivery. If you want your shipment for Saturday delivery additional charges will apply. We call all customers who place orders on Friday and choose next day shipping to verify if they want a Saturday delivery.

Some Items do not qualify for express shipping due to size, if any item on your order falls in that category we will contact you and provide you with other shipping options.

Shipping to Canada:

WE WILL ONLY SHIP SMALL PACKAGES FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS through UPS, all the above applies to you as well plus the customer is responsible for all duties and tariffs charges that may apply to your shipment.We only collect the shipping charges for your shipment at the time of placing the order,any Duties or tariffs imposed by the Canadian Government are not included in the shipping charges and are your responsibility to pay. The shipping company will not deliver and release your shipment until these charges are paid, if you refuse to pay those charges and the package has to come back to us , you will be responsible for all shipping charges .

Delivery Times:

As much as we like to know exact delivery times, we are unable to give you a delivery date on your package , the delivery times provided at checkout are only estimates provided by the shipping company and are not guaranteed delivery times, however every order we ship will have a tracking # provided by the shipping company for you to track your shipment.

Most orders placed before 1:00PM EST will ship the same day except on holidays and weekends, on some orders it might take up to 7-10 days to ship depending on products ordered and where it will be shipped from. During the busy Grilling season (April, May, June and July)it could take up to two weeks to ship on some orders for grill parts .
