I had ordered new grill grates and the ones I received were defective from your supplier . Your customer service representative, Joe, contacted me on his way home from work, identified the problem, and had a new set of grates ordered for me the next day. I received them today, after only a couple of days since I talked to Joe. They are exactly what I had ordered and fit perfectly.

We placed our order on Sunday morning and received the shipment tracking number that same afternoon. The grill's lifetime parts warranty went away when Ducane folded. The web site is well organized - finding the necessary part was a snap. Our ancient grill has another lease on life thanks to Gasngrills.com
I'm not easily ipmrsesed but you've done it with that posting.

Just wanted to leave a note about a very positive online shopping/purchase experience. Have an off-brand grill and was able to easily find replacement parts on this site. Purchase execution, delivery, etc. all went as stated. I'd definitely use the site again!

I ordered a part for my grill and days later learned that the credit card I used for payment was not accepted. The part I needed was for the Easter Holiday, 04/12/2009; I had thirty people at my home for a barbecue. When I realized the card had been rejected, I phoned your store on a Saturday 4/4/2009 morning and spoke with Joe Baker. He re-entered the card and it was accepted. He assured me that my order would be delivered to me by Wednesday 4/8/2009.. It was and the the part worked perfectly.
