We placed our order on Sunday morning and received the shipment tracking number that same afternoon. The grill's lifetime parts warranty went away when Ducane folded. I ordered a part for my grill and days later learned that the credit card I used for payment was not accepted. The part I needed was for the Easter Holiday, 04/12/2009; I had thirty people at my home for a barbecue. When I realized the card had been rejected, I phoned your store on a Saturday 4/4/2009 morning and spoke with Joe Baker. He re-entered the card and it was accepted. He assured me that my order would be delivered to me by Wednesday 4/8/2009.. It was and the the part worked perfectly.

The above order arrived yesterday, way earlier than I had expected. Because we are so
rural, there is always a glitch in that there had been a delay because the carrier could
not locate our home or there will be an extra fee as the carrier has to travel further
than expected.
