We want you to be satisfied with the products that you purchase from gasngrills.com , if you have to return  or exchange a product that you purchased from us , here is our policy:

There is absolutly NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on :( Gas Grills, outdoor kitchen equipment, heaters, and special orders) most of these products are products only available to our local customers where we are able to deliver them to you or you the customer pick up at our store location. If any of these products above were found to be defective at the time of delivery , we will exchange the product with same product at no cost to you. Any time after delivery or after product have been used , we are unable to exchange such product rather we will setup a service call to fix the problem. All these mentioned products above come from some of the best manufactures in the country and come with a very good warranty.

Other products that we sell and are able to ship to you, if you need to return or exchange any of these products , we will return or exchange these products  within 14 days from the date the order was delivered to you, shipping charges are not refundable. After the 14 days there will be a 25% restocking fee with no exceptions .All returned products must be in original condition and packing unused . If you choose to exchange any of these products it is your responsibilty to pay for all shipping charges both ways.

You must contact us before you request a refund or exchange to get an RMA Number.
